Maple Raisin Bran Muffins

 

½ Cup vegetable Oil

2/3 Cup Maple Syrup

2 Eggs

2 Cups Buttermilk (Substitute 1 Tbsp vinegar or lemon juice)

4 Cups raisin Bran Cereal

2 Cups Flour

1 Tsp Baking soda

1 Tsp Baking Powder

Mixin order.  Grease Muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 -20 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes.  Top with butter.  Save leftover batter in refrigerator.
