Maple Raisin Bran Muffins

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • ⅔ cup Wood’s Vermont Maple Syrup

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups buttermilk

  • 4 cups Raisin Bran Cereal

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat 400 degrees F. Grease muffin tin.

  2. Mix ingredients in order.

  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

  4. Let cool for 5 minutes. Top with butter
