So Yummie!

Smoked Maple BBQ MeatLoaf
 
BBQ MEATLOAF
(makes 4—5 Servings)
1 lb. ground beef
½ cup dry quick cooking oats
10 oz. or ½ envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup Wood’s Vermont Smoked Maple BBQ Sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
Onion (optional)
Directions:
-Whisk egg in a large mixing bowl.
-Add ground beef, oats, soup mix, ½ cup
barbecue sauce and the garlic to the egg
in the mixing bowl.
-Mix all ingredients well. Shape the mixture
Into a round loaf and place in slow cooker.
-Place onions slices on top. (optional)
-Cook meatloaf on high for ½ hour then on low
For 2 ½ to 3 hours.
( Slow Cookers vary with temperature settings.)
-During the last ½ hour add the remaining
½ cup barbecue sauce
Serve with green beans(we grew these ourselves) and some mashed potatoes!
