Slider fixin's —
Directions
Preparation — The night before or in the morning:
Add 2 tablespoons of seasoning mix to 3 lbs. of hamburger (or whatever amount you think is best) and mix well.
Make your burgers or sliders to the size desired.
Let your patties rest.
Cook time!
In a medium fry pan add a tablespoon of butter or oil of choice and caramelize the desired amount of onions.
Remove onions and set aside.
Add more butter to the pan if needed and cook your burgers to desired doneness.
Melt cheese of choice on top.
Assemble the sliders —
Using the cucumber slices for buns, layer one slice of cucumber, your slider, a slice of tomato, caramelized onions, beet relish, Wood's Tiger Sauce, and top with another slice of cucumber. Stick a toothpick through your slider to hold it together.
