Woods Maple Balsamic Salad
WOOD’S MAPLE BALSAMIC BEET SALAD
6 medium red beets
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Wood’s Maple Balsamic Vinegar
(Verdena - Vermont Maple Syrup that fell in love with Balsamic from Itay:)!
1 Tbsp Wood’s Traditional Maple Syrup
Salt & Pepper to taste
Optional: Thinly sliced red onion
--Cook beets in a large pot covered with water.
--Boil until tender. (Canned beets from the grocery store
can be substituted)
--Drain and rinse with cold water. Skins should peel off.
--Cut beets into cubes.
--Combine oil, maple balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and
