ADD SOME KOMBUCHA AND MAPLE TO YOUR HAPPY HOUR!
Finally grate 1 tsp of fresh ginger into a shaker. Add 2 ounces bourbon OR rye, 1/2 ounce lemon juice, 1/4 ounce Wood's maple syrup (see all our flavors) and a pinch of cayenne. Fill with ice and shake. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with 3 ounces your favorite kombucha and a bit of seltzer of your choice if you'd like!
The ginger and the cayenne give it a fragrant and spicy touch. We have enjoyed tasting the different versions that led this final recipe.
