Preheat oven to 300º F.
Line the baking tray with baking paper.
Place juice, zest, maple syrup, maple sugar, and maple mustard in a saucepan over high heat and whisk to combine.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 mins until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes, brush with remaining glaze, and return to oven for further "20ish" minutes until golden brown...Last 5 minutes sprinkle with. Wood's Maple Sugar
