 Maple Mustard Orange
Glazed Ham
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
3 tablespoon Wood’s Maple Sugar
(1 tbsp for sprinkling on top about 5 minutes before you take it out)

4 lb ham, pre sliced
Preheat oven to 300 F, Line baking tray with baking paper.
Place juice, zest, maple syrup, maple sugar and maple mustard in a saucepan over high heat and whisk to combine. Bring to boil and cook for @5 mins until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Place ham onto a lined baking tray and work glaze in between the slices and brush liberally with glaze base - save some. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, brush with remaining glaze and return to oven for further "20ish" minutes until golden brown.... Last 5 minutes sprinkle with maple sugar.
The ham is cooked so you're really just warming it up……
