Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Caramelized and crispy, this uniquely delicious dish will keep you come back to this recipe again and again.
Ingredients:
1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed.
¼ cup olive oil.
4 slices bacon, cut into ½-inch pieces.
½ teaspoon salt.
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400º F.

Place brussel sprouts, olive oil, Wood's Maple Syrup, bacon, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat, until everything is mixed.

Place mixture into a roasting pan.

Roast pan in the oven for about 45 minutes until bacon is crispy and the brussle sprouts are cooked through. Be sure to stir 20 minutes in.
To serve ― Serve as a side, snack, or main dish.
Pro-tip ― melt goat cheese on top of served bowl. You'll thank me later.
