1/2 cup minced garlic (I love garlic)

4 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
4 teaspoons Asian (toasted) sesame oil
2 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Directions -
Step 1
Stir soy sauce, Wood’s BBQ sauce, ketchup, Wood’s maple sugar, garlic, rice wine vinegar, chile-garlic sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper together in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Step 2
Whisk cornstarch and water together in a small bowl until the cornstarch dissolves; pour into boiling soy sauce mixture. Reduce heat to low and cook until the sauce is thick, to 2 minutes
We made BBQ chicken and ribs with this and it was awesome!
