MAPLE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
--Before you start cooking, make sure that
the peanut butter is stirred well.
(Organic PB will have oil on the top.)
--After the PB is stirred and mixed together,
measure out 1 cup of the PB.
--Butter an 8 ½ x 8 ½ pan.
**Note: Do these steps before cooking the syrup.
2 Cups Wood’s Vermont Amber Rich Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Cup Organic Peanut Butter
With the use of a candy thermometer, boil syrup and
butter between medium and low stove temperature setting,
until it reaches 231 degrees F. Remove from the
burner and let set for 3 minutes.
Add the 1 cup of organic peanut butter (I used PB with peanuts)
and stir quickly. When syrup and PB is mixed well pour into a prepared pan.
Let cool and cut into pieces.
