Crock Pot Barbecued Pork
- 2-3 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 1 Large Onion - Quartered
- 12 oz Wood’s Smoked
Maple BBQ Sauce
- ½ Cup Wood’s Maple Syrup
- Season with Salt and Pepper
Place pork loin in a slow cooker.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place onions on top.
Pour sauce and syrup on top.
Stir sauce around the pork loin.
Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
Shred pork with two forks and mix
into the sauce.
--This is great with Mac & Cheese.
--On a bun.water.
--On a wrap. Heat wrap.Wisk 2 eggs with
a tablespoon of water. Pour into a
heated frying pan sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle with favorite cheese. Cook on
low until egg is set and cheese is melted.
Transfer egg to the wrap. Add the Pork and
and put sour cream on top. Fold in ends of
wrap to the center and lunch is ready. Yummy!
