Blueberry  Muffins

1 Egg

1 ½ Cups Milk

¼ Cup Salad Oil

2 Cups Flour

1/2 Cup Blueberry Smash Maple Syrup

3 Teaspoons Baking Powder

½ Teaspoon Salt

1 Cup frozen or fresh Blueberries


Using a whisk, mix egg, milk, and oil.

Add dry ingredients.  Whisk together.

Add Blueberries and Blueberry Smash and mix.

Grease 12 cup muffin  pan.   Using ice cream scoop, fill each

cup 2/3 full. 


Bake in a preheated 395-400 degree oven 20—25 minutes until

golden brown.  (Oven temps vary).
