Maple Pecan Granola

Ingredients

4 cups old-fashioned oats

½ cup chopped pecans

½ cup chopped walnuts

½ cup sunflower seeds

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

⅓ cup oil of your choice

⅔ cup Wood’s Maple Syrup (your choice)

1 teaspoon vanilla
-
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300° F (150 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix oats, pecans, walnuts, ax seed, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Stir oil, and salt together in a small bowl; pour Wood's Maple Syrup over the oat mixture and stir to coat evenly.
Spread the resulting mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 40 minutes.
Set granola aside to cool completely before breaking it into chunks.
Store in an air-tight container.

I like to add coconut flake chips to ours!
