Ingredients

½ cup vegetable oil

⅔ cup Wood's Maple Syrup

2 eggs

2 cups buttermilk (substitute 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice)

4 cups Raisin Bran Cereal

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Mix a ingredients in order.
Grease muffin tin. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Top with butter.
Save leftover batter in the refrigerator.
