Beat butter and maple sugar until combined.
Stir in the flour and mold to make a smooth slightly flat ball.
Cover with parchment paper and refrigerate.
Remove dough and when pliable enough, roll out to ½ inch thick.
Cut into fingers slightly separating pieces, score if you like, or use cutter shapes.
Place on a baking tray on parchment in a pre-heated 350° F oven.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Cool.
