Ingredients
- 5 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅔ cup Lilly’s mini chocolate baking chips

6 tablespoons Maple Syrup of choice
- 2 ½ cups of ripe banana
- ¼ cup Sun Butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 380° F.
- Line two dozen baking tins with paper liners or use a silicone muffin pan.
- Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl and stir well.
- In a medium bowl, mix all your wet ingredients.
- Add your wet ingredients to your large bowl and stir.
- Spoon your batter into your muffin cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes and let cool before removing.

These freeze well and can be defrosted and eaten as needed.
