Ingredients
- 2 cups King Arthur self-rising flour
- 1 stick (½ cup) salted butter, softened
- ½ cup Wood’s Maple Sprinkles
- 2 large eggs
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ teaspoons Amaretto
- ½ cup half and half
- 2 ¼ cups frozen blueberries
- Non-stick cooking spray (For cooking)
Directions
- Beat the butter and maple sprinkles for a few minutes until they are light and creamy.
- Beat eggs, one at a time, into your butter and maple sugar mixture.
- Add vanilla and Amaretto to your bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Gradually mix the flour into the mixture, alternating with the half and half (The batter will be thick.)
- Using a rubber spatula, fold the berries into the batter.
- Spray your muffin Tims and spoon the batter into each cup.
- Bake 350° F for about 35-40 minutes.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for about ten minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
