Directions
- Begin by preparing the brownie batter according to the instructions on the box. Once prepared, pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan and bake at 350° F for 20-25 minutes. Once the brownies are baked to perfection, allow them to cool before slicing them into ¾-inch pieces.
- For an extra touch of indulgence, cut the mini Reese's peanut butter cups in half. Reserve ⅓ cup for garnishing.
- In a large bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding with cold milk and mix for 2 minutes until it thickens. Next, add in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined. To enhance the creaminess, gently fold in the Cool Whip.
- Now comes the fun part – layering! Begin by placing one-third of the sliced brownies in a large glass dish. Sprinkle half of the mini Reese's peanut butter cups over the brownie layer, followed by a third of the prepared pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layering process once more to create a second layer of brownies, peanut butter cups, and pudding. Finally, finish off this delightful creation by topping it with the remaining Cool Whip and mini Reeses peanut butter cups. For the ultimate flavor experience, allow the dessert to chill in the fridge before serving.
- Drizzle Wood's Vermont Chocolate Cherry Cordial over individual servings of this heavenly dessert.
