Ingredients
- ¾ cup King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free all-purpose flour with xanthan gum,
- 1 ¼ cups gluten-free cornmeal
- 4 teaspoons mild Taco Seasoning Mix

¼ cup Wood's Vermont Maple Sugar
- 2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ⅓ cups milk,
- 2 large eggs slightly beaten
- ½ cup butter, melted, dairy-free use Smart Balance butter
Directions
- Combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, taco seasoning mix, salt, and maple sugar in a large bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, slightly beat together the eggs and milk.
- Add the milk and eggs to the flour mixture and stir to combine.
- Add the melted butter and stir to combine.
- Pour ⅔ cup batter into the waffle bowl maker and bake until the light goes off.
- Makes 6-8 waffle bowls.

I used the Wood's chili recipe. can also put Mac & Cheese in the waffle bowl.
