Smoked Maple BBQ Meat Loaf
1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup dry quick cooking oats
10 oz. or 1⁄2 envelope of dry onion soup mix
1 cup Wood's Smoked BBQ Sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Onion (optional)
Whisk egg in a large mixing bowl.
- Add ground beef, oats, soup mix, 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce, and garlic to the egg in the mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients well. Shape the mixture into a round loaf and place it in a slow cooker. Place onion slices on top (optional).
- Cook meatloaf on high for 1⁄2 hour then on low for 2 1⁄2 to 3 hours (Slow Cookers vary with temperature se ings). During the last 1⁄2 hour add the remaining 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce.
