Ingredients
- 1Â oz. Wood's Cranberry Squeeze Maple Syrup (plus a scant amount for the rim)
-
1 oz. apricot pit-infused bourbon (see below)
- 1Â oz. vodka
- 2Â oz. cranberry juice
-
Dusting of Wood's Maple Sugar
- Ice
- Cranberries optional
Directions
- Prep your glass by rolling the rim in the syrup, then in the maple sugar. Set aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to combine.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with Cranberries.
Apricot or peach pit-infused bourbon:
- Collect the stones from your fruit. This is ideal when making pies or jam. Place them in a wide pan and gently toast them on a stovetop.
- When cooled, place in a Mason jar with enough bourbon to cover by at least an inch. Let sit for a minimum of 3 days, but longer strengthens the flavor.
