Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups King Arthur all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup Wood's Vermont Maple Sugar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup quick-cooking oatmeal
Bake Time Ingredients —
- ⅔ cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a small bowl. In a 1-qt. mason-like jar, layer the flour mixture, the brown and maple sugar, ½ cup each of chocolate chips, cranberries, walnuts, oats, and remaining chips.
- Cover and store in a dry, cool place for up to six months.
To prepare cookies —
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, egg, and vanilla until blended. Add your jared cookie mix and combine well.
- With a tablespoon or ice cream scoop with a trigger, drop 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350° F for 11 minutes or until golden brown.
