Ingredients

1 ½ Wood’s Traditional Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 large egg yolk
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- Wish together Wood’s Maple Syrup, Dijon mustard, egg yolk, and lemon juice in a large bowl until combined
- Slowly stream in olive oil while whisking until the mixture emulsifies and comes together completely.
- Whisk in the whole-grain mustard then taste and season with a little salt and pepper as desired.
