Ingredients
- 10 slices thick-cut bacon
- 10 medium carrots with tops, peeled and trimmed

¼ cup Wood’s Maple Syrup
- 1½ teaspoons hot sauce
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400˚ F.
- Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each carrot. Place on a large baking sheet.
- Bake until bacon begins to crisp, 25 to 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, hot sauce, paprika, and red pepper; brush onto bacon.
- Bake until bacon is golden brown and crisp, 15 to 20 minutes more.
