Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Caramelized and crispy, this uniquely delicious dish will keep you coming back to this recipe again and again.
1 pound Brussel sprouts, trimmed
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons Wood's Maple Syrup
4 slices bacon, cut into ½-inch pieces
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Place mixture into a roasting pan.
Roast pan in the oven for about 45 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the Brussel sprouts are cooked through. Be sure to stir 20 minutes in.
