Ingredients
- 7 oz. pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin purée
- 1 oz. Wood’s Pumpkin Spice Maple Syrup
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground ginger
- Dash of nutmeg
- Dash of allspice or cloves
- 3 oz. dark rum (I use Mad River Maple Cast Rum!)

Dash of Wood’s Maple Sugar and ground cinnamon to garnish
Directions
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with 1 cube of ice and shake well.
Fill two double old-fashioned glasses with ice.
Pour the mixture over ice and garnish with a dash of cinnamon maple sugar.
