Ingredients
- 3 sticks of butter, melted
- 1 cup of white sugar

1 cup Wood's Vermont Maple Sugar

1 cup Wood's Vermont Amber Rich Maple Syrup

3 Matzo sheets broken in pieces
Directions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Break 3 matzo sheets into small pieces.
- Stir the sugars, maple syrup, and melted butter in a saucepan fitted with a candy thermometer. Bring to a boil and cook until the mixture reaches 290° F, about 15 minutes.
