Wood's Air Fryer Mashed Potato Balls

Ingredients
- 2 cups of mashed potatoes
- ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- ½ cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs

1 cup of Maple Remoulade Sauce
Directions
- Mix the mashed potato, cheese, and minced onion together in a bowl.
- Scoop the mashed potatoes (about 2 tbs.) and roll them into balls. Place on waxed paper or parchment.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Place flour in another bowl and bread crumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each mashed potato ball into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375° F.
- Spray the air fryer basket with PAM or other nonstick oil. Place the potato balls in an even layer, not touching each other. Spray the potato balls as well. Cook the balls in a single layer for 10 to 15 Minutes. Keep in a warm oven until ready to serve.
