.....1/3 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Add all wet ingredients to a bowl.
Then add dry ingredients. Mix then add chocolate chips. Mix.
Pour into a 6x9 baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Add broth, WOOD'S maple syrup, thyme(herbs) and garlic. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently for a couple minutes then add vinegar and mustard and cook for another minute.

For 3lbs of hamburger I add ⅛ cup of the seasoning - or what ever amount you think is best. Make your burgers or sliders to the size you desire. I get the patties ready in the morning and let them rest in the frig for the day.
